Description

setting -b [ip binding to server] in soldat start parameters does not work properly

s25052@s23 ~ $ ./soldatserver -b 80.82.16.70 -p 23074 -l 10

Port (-p) parameter should have a higher priority than the soldat.ini port setting

Notes
(0001553) Falcon (administrator) 2012-06-23 00:08	although it states a concrete IP in console, in fact it binds to 0.0.0.0 (all available IP addresses). Resolved in next version.
