Summary	0000171: Non transparent dot on "flag.bmp" from Interface-gfx
Description	There is a dot with non transparent colour /RGB(26,248,26) instead of RGB(0,255,0)/ on the "flag.bmp" in "Interface-gfx" folder. See attached image.
