0000194: Instant get up from prone
Okay, so I know some will say that its part of soldat etc etc. but it causes warps and should be fixed.

When u lay down (prone) press E(nade) and turn around and you will stand up instantly.

Prone in mid air then press nade button and turn in opposite direction for a mili sec will cause ur soldier to instantly stand up. Reapeating this process makes the player using it move faster than the player boosting himself with spas shots (tested low on Equinox) and it looks like the player using this bug is warping.

There is nothing to be fixed here. This is not a bug. It's an advanced move that is used by the vast majority of the players.

Removing it just to please you would be suicidal for the game.
Many players in movement based modes rely heavily on this move.
( climb, runmode, hide and seek, ... )
It's part of what makes Soldat so fun to play.

You should honestly remove this ticket from the bugtracker.

1st of all fix unproning - sometimes when lying down, reloading and trying to get up, gostek goes down again (even he is not standing) -.-

Yes it would be ok.
The movement itself has to stay tho.
If it was removed I would ditch Soldat in a heartbeat and I know a bunch of players that would do it as well.

Will be fixed by allowing even more fluent movement with actual movement controls and animations for it, and without having to resort to glitch abuse.

This was kind of fixed by shortening the time it took to do a normal unprone

Hitting nadebutton while unproning will still instantly get you unproned, but the advantage of using such movement is reduced because normal unprone is that much faster.

Realistically it's no longer worth the effort in a pro ctf match unless you're really really good at it.

Am I right or do we still have an issue?
