Summary0000240: I/O 103 Error when logs folder is missing and file logging is enabled
DescriptionWhen the logs folder is missing you get following error:

Cannot create file "C:\Soldat\Soldat163\logs\gamestat.txt". The system cannot find the path specified.

After that you get this error
I/O error 103.
on game join, if you want to quit Soldat and when you alt+tab or focus another window.

Closing Soldat is only possible via task manager.

The error only occurs if file logging is enabled.

Expected result:
logs folder gets recreated and file logging works as normal
if logs folder cannot be created the game should disable logging stating that the logs folder needs to exist in order to log

Actual result: see above
Steps To Reproduceenable file logging in config.exe performance tab
rename the logs folder to something else e.g. _logs
run soldat
