Summary0000285: 2 issues with musicplayer
DescriptionFirst issue:
When you have chosen a custom playlist in options (picture 1)
It will say ''Now playing...'' even though you havn't started anything:(picture 2)

Second issue:
You have to press F7 TWO times to get the next song: (picture 3)
It will not play where is sais: Title Screen
It will only play where is sais: Title Screen.mp3

After some more consideration I agree to simply remove mp3 playing functionality.

It doesn't even play the next song without pressing F7 every time

[Edit] Only remove custom playlists, leave Gore, Necromancer and Bloody alone
