Summary0000311: Problems with low sound volume levels
Description1. With sound volume level set from 4% to 9% you can't hear anything but sounds created by your gostek (moving, jet, shooting, etc.). Same goes to sounds from current player in spectators mode.

2. With sound volume level =< 4% you can't hear any sound at all.

Additional InformationThe bug can be reproduced in 1.6.4 beta 4 too.

Some quick tests seem to point to FMOD (our audio library) being buggy or having an incorrectly documented API. It takes volume levels in the range 0-255 and any volume below 2 isn't being played even though only 0 should be silent. I'll see what I can do...

Ok it's version 1.6.8 now so I wanted to see if anything was better.

In game you can only set your sound to 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% and so on.
However in the options tab in menu you can choose 5% if you want to, and there is still a problem with 5% sound, some sounds (like gunfire) are missing.

I don't know if we want to eliminate the posibility to choose 5% sound in options, or somehow fix the sound issue
