Summary0000322: very low FPS
Descriptioni have the same problem since the 1.6.x
I cant play properly because the FPS is so low (12-30, unplayable). i think was problem of my old PC, but now i have a new pc and the problems still. now I think is problem of the video card.
The video card is a Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 3600 Series for Windows 7* 32-bit.

32 bits
2 GB memory

I don't think that anybody will be able to help you without obtaining same hardware. Although leaving this open, for now.

I changed the Product Version of the bugreport to 1.6.3 as it isn't anything that was introduced in 1.6.3+.

I assume your CPU/GPU are not fast enough or Soldat isn't optimized enough to run well.

Another issue could be that soldat still uses DirectX 8.
To fix this some profiling will be necessary and maybe a port to a newer version of DirectX or even OpenGL.

Try running soldat in xp compatibility mode
