I can confirm 1.6.6RC1

It doesn't happen if I change default keys (I use 4 in numpad)

Reproduce: Write 'def' several times until it happens

Did you try it with another key than numpad-4? Maybe the 4 isn't registered because of the numpad.

Steps to reproduce?
1. Use a taunt with "ALT+F".
2. If you write "def" for example, it throws. If not the first time, then the second.

Can't reproduce, neither using an Alt-F taunt nor writing "def" a dozen times.

The only way I can cause it is by intentionally having the F key held down after releasing Alt/Enter. Is that what you're doing?

Meh, can't really reproduce in 1.6.6

It's only if you're still holding throw button while pressing enter, the weapon will drop.
