0000605: Polygons block players when they shouldnt
Flagger polygons block normal players.
OVERLAP few layers (~3?) of flagger polygons
Jump on it as a normal player
Collision

If it doesn't work, try adding Flag colliders and try again - this would recreate the circumstances under which this bug occured for me in 100%.

Added test.rar with a map. Even tho the full collision doesnt occure anymore, you can still collide while parachuting, you can even jump if you hold W button down.

Big addnotation: It occurs that the parachute has a significant impact on the flagger polys. It seems that the game has a problem with distinguishing the parachute from the flag because when you have a parachute you can go through the NONFLAGGER POLYGONS (aswell!) without any collision, unless you decide to release it, then everything gets back to normal again.

Also - the ammount of flagger/non flagger polygon polys doesn't affect this bug at all.
