Summary0000672: OnVoteMapStart event isn't called when player using menu and playing less than 2 minutes.
DescriptionFuthermore, player gets message about chosing map (Your map vote is" <map>) instead of "Can't vote for 2:00..". Typing /votemap <map> work as expected.
Steps To Reproduce1. Join server.
2. Try vote map (IMPORTANT: information about non-existed maps are viewed)
