Steps To Reproduce

1 Join a game as a spectator
2 Enable freecam
3 Move your cursor to the middle of the left half of the screen
4 When the camera stops
4.1 If you move your cursor to the right, the motion is smooth
4.2 If you move your cursor to the left, the speed jumps up. This prevents you from moving the screen to the left slowly. Especially annoying for streamers
