0000373: Spectating screen shaking after map change

Description

When you're spectating someone and the map changes (time left, cap limit or /nextmap), when the next map loads, the screen gets all shaky and all. I recorded a video to show you -> http://youtu.be/xwo3IuS75mU [^] (it's still processing, I hope it finishes soon :p)

Sometimes it shakes, sometimes it just stays still.

Steps To Reproduce

Spectate and do /nextmap, or ask someone to cap, or simply be patient :)
