With further investigation, I witnessed this behavior for the following weapons: Desert Eagles, HK MP5, AK-74, Steyr AUG, Ruger 77, FN Minimi, XM214 Minigun, USSOCOM. I suspect it is also possible with the Barret M82A1, since a commonality to all of these weapons is the bullet style is a plain bullet (style 1). |

I checked the youtube video and couldn't see anything fishy. Want to point out which bullets were buggy? Keep in mind though that the trail length and opacity is proportional to the speed of the bullet. When you move in the opposite direction of the bullets while firing they'll inherit negative momentum and thus have a lower muzzle speed. Gravity will also factor in, so bullets fired horizontally will have a lower speed than bullets fired downwards. |

In the youtube video, look right below the flickering annotations. They come and go quickly. I uploadad an image Fryer took of one of the bullets taken from the video. The image shows the yellow long trail more clearly. |
