0000427: Bloody bullets Easter Egg broken

Description

The Easter Egg which provided bloody bullets is broken since version 1.6.4.

Steps To Reproduce

Equip a primary and a secondary weapon
type /mercy
while you're hearing the sound effect hit the change weapon key
fire
1.6.3: You shoot bloody bullets
1.6.5: You die
