0000503: Random characters in server description

Description

In the attached file you can see two servers that has random characters in their descriptions while in the soldat.ini file there are no such characters. Servers are running on linux (Debian).

Soldat.ini fragment from the first (upper) server:
Server_Name=! [rG] Knife Madness
Clanmatch=0
Internet_Connection=3
Greeting_Message=Welcome to [rG] Knife Madness
Greeting_Message2=gl&hf :)
Greeting_Message3=Contact: soldat.rg@gmail.com
Server_Info=[BETA VERSION] Max ping=250, Contact: soldat.rg@gmail.com

Soldat.ini fragment from the second (bottom) server:
Server_Name=! [rG] [RM] #1

Internet_Connection=3
Greeting_Message=Welcome to [rG] [RM] Rambo #1
Greeting_Message2=gl&hf
Greeting_Message3=Type !cmds for a list of available commands.

I think that the same bug occurs on Windows servers ("Daggerkowy" servers have the same bug in the description and I've heard that they are running on Windows).
