0000564: Access violations in 16vs16 Singleplayer

Description

When choosing 31 bots (15 in one team, 16 in another) in CTF/HTF/TDM, you can get endless access violations (noticed 3 types, appearing randomly) while choosing team ingame

Steps To Reproduce

select CTF
Select 15 bots for alpha and 16 for bravo
join game
click "Alpha"
you access violations
