0000574: Weapon - LAW trouble

Description

LAW sometimes does not shoot.
It happens dozens of times and lots of players confirmed this.
It differs per game.

Steps To Reproduce

Just play a game and try to shoot a law quickly by sitting

Looks like a new minor bug since the latest version.

(0002360) ExHunter (developer) 2014-11-10 00:13	I will keep this bug open, since investigations have shown, that the spiderman bug is caused by this "fix". We need to re-check this when we attempt to fix the spiderman bug.
