0000621: Can't return flag in realistic

Description

You are not able to return flag after round end in realistic. You should be able to voth cap and return flag.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Start a ctf singleplayer realistic game with 1 alpha bot
2. Join bravo
3. Kill alpha bot after it has picked up the flag
4. Try to return flag

Additional Information

You are also not able to pick up a loose flag
1. Start a ctf singleplayer realistic game with 1 alpha bot
2. Join bravo
3. Go get red flag
3. Kill alpha bot (round ends)
4. Throw your flag on the ground
5. Try to pick up the flag
