0000248: Takes longer to change weapon while reloading

Description

I'm not 100% sure on this one.

Sometimes I throw my weapon instead of knife when I'm reloading, I can't recall the last time I threw my weapon instead of knife while not reloading.

Steps To Reproduce

reload and change weapon then throw knife

(0001861) homerofgods (updater) 2013-08-14 11:55 edited on: 2013-08-14 11:56	I picked minigun and held in my change weapon button for 1 minute and made 47 switches. Then I empty'd the minigun I was holding and hold in switch button 1 minute again, and I did exactly 47 switches. So there shouldn't be any difference there.
