Heh.

My steps to reproduce:
1. Download clean soldatserver 2.8.1 und unzip it.
2. Edit soldat.ini -> Admin_Password=asdf
3. Run soldatserver.exe
4. Try to connect via ARSSE.exe using 127.0.0.1:23073/asd
5. Done (screenshot as proof)

To be honest it doesn't surprice me. Helloer wasn't able to reproduce it aswell.

EDIT:
I've changed my CPU to 4 cores so it eats only ~25%.
