0000090: Joining games as spectator, always.

Description

There's bug in soldatserver which forces on join every player to join spectator team (regardless ticked spectator in menu). It happens on every non-team-based gamemode (suchlike DM,RM an so on).

Steps To Reproduce

Join any server with non-team-based gamemode.
