Hah, I can't count how many times I lost flag due to medikit I saw, but server not. This should be a major severity

I assume this only happens online, right?
If so then it might be related to packet loss.

A demo would be really helpful. Could be handy if it was from the round start (so I can see when the issue happened and client/server aren't in sync).

The opposite situation happens sometimes too.
You walk on a medkit and it has no effect on your health.

Hard to get a demo. It's not easily reproduced and it rarely happens. It still happens though.

Sometimes the only difference is the location of the nade/med pack between client and server. Maybe unpickable packs are located inside a polygon where you can't reach it.
