Summary0000212: Access violation in /BANDWIDTH command
DescriptionWhen file downloading is disabled, /bandwidth tries to print TCP statistics, but fails with "Access violation" message.
Steps To ReproduceSet Allow_Download=0, connect to server and use /bandwidth command.
