Summary

0000336: Scale_Interface=0 isn't truly no-scaling

Description

If the option is set to 0, the crosshair and the player indicator are still scaling.

<@Shoozza> i think scaling=0 is exactly what it means

Steps To Reproduce

Check soldat.ini for Scale_Interface's value, set it to 0
Use a resolution of which height is bigger than 480 px
Run Soldat
