Description

When "Balance_Teams" is enabled, you cannot join back from spectators in DM.

Some similar issues:

***It does not happen when "Balance_Teams" is 0.

Steps To Reproduce

- Download 2.7.8 from official site.
- Set admin password.
- Set "Balance_Teams" to 1.
- Set "GameStyle" to 0.
- Join the game.
- Press ESC and select "5 Spectators".
- Press ESC again and select "0 Player".
- It says "Alpha team is full".
