0000637: Script-generated bullets have no explosions

Description

Script-generated bullets' explosions are not visible to me when I'm in a team. As spectator I can see them clearly. Must be a line of sight issue

(0002532) TheOne (reporter) 2016-01-02 14:58	It's the case in the newest beta. Perhaps this is a result of bullet owner being a bot in spectator (BomberSquadron). If the bullets are created with my ID I can see the explosions
